Thibault Mathieu is a Brand Experiences & Innovation Director with 15 years producing premium activations and building strategic partnerships for global brands across luxury, tech, and entertainment — including Cartier, Hermès, L'Oréal, Lancôme, Meta, Apple, and Disney.

He has led 15+ strategic partnerships from concept to global deployment, reaching 20M+ viewers across 100+ countries, and managed creative and cross-functional teams generating $1.2M in annual revenue.

Thibault began his career at Disneyland Paris before earning a Master's from UCLA's Producers Program. He went on to create the Creative Innovation division at Webedia, then founded Wilkins Avenue AR — a creative studio delivering immersive brand experiences for clients like Cartier, Lancôme, and Hermès, in partnership with Meta and L'Oréal.

Today, Thibault consults for global brands and advises on Creative AI, XR, and innovation strategy. He is open to strategic conversations and senior leadership opportunities in brand experiences, innovation, and partnerships.
